Our purpose and values

Selfely was founded based on our personal experiences with cycle inflammation and pain, and a collective desire to build a solution that is empowering, community-driven, and affordable.

Today, we’re a global team that advocates to remove the outdated stigma attached to the menstrual cycle and, to the contrary, build on the incredibly valuable information it can reveal for better health and wellbeing.
